General Service Questions
Mobile detailing means we bring everything to you — our van is fully equipped with water, power, premium products, and professional tools. We perform the same quality work you'd get at a shop, right in your driveway or parking lot.
No! Our mobile vans are self-contained with onboard water tanks, generators, and all supplies. You just need to provide a safe, accessible parking spot for us to work.
It depends on the service package and vehicle condition. A basic exterior wash takes about 1 hour, while a full Platinum detail can take 4–6 hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
We monitor weather closely. If rain is expected, we'll reach out to reschedule or find a covered solution. Many services (interior detailing, ceramic coating) can be performed in garages or under cover.
Absolutely. If you're not completely satisfied with your detail, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Ceramic coatings come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1–5 years.
Vehicle Condition Questions
Yes! We have specialized tools and techniques for removing embedded pet hair from carpets, seats, and crevices. Our Premium and Platinum interior packages include pet hair removal.
Yes. We offer ozone treatment and enzymatic cleaners for smoke, mold, and mildew odors. For severe cases, we may recommend additional treatments.
We can dramatically improve or completely remove most stains using steam cleaning, hot water extraction, and professional stain removers. Some set-in stains may not fully lift, but we'll always be honest about what's achievable.
No problem. We handle vehicles in all conditions — from daily drivers to deeply neglected interiors. Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and our Premium or Platinum packages for best results.
Ceramic Coating Questions
Our coatings range from 1-year to 5-year durability depending on the package. Proper maintenance (hand washing, avoiding automatic car washes) extends the life of the coating.
We provide full after-care instructions. Generally: hand wash with pH-neutral soap, avoid automatic car washes, and use a ceramic-safe drying towel. We also offer maintenance wash services.
Yes — ceramic coating works on all paint types and colors. However, the paint must be properly decontaminated and corrected before application for best results. We always include paint prep in our coating packages.
Ceramic coatings provide scratch resistance (9H hardness for our premium coatings), but they are not scratch-proof. They protect against light swirls and marring from washing, but rock chips and deep scratches require paint protection film (PPF).
Business & Booking Questions
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and digital payments (Zelle, Venmo). Payment is collected upon completion of the service.
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance programs. Recurring clients receive discounted rates and priority scheduling.
